By this petition, Petitioner is seeking direction, directing Respondent No. 5 to hear and dispose of his Appeal No. 237 of 2013 expeditiously. Since this is the only relief claimed by the Petitioner, we direct Respondent No. 5 to hear and dispose of Appeal No. 237 of 2013, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
