It is pointed out that the Petitioners have taken back the papers of the Petition from the Advocate for the Petitioners. It appears that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition for non-prosecution. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. Chamber Summons No.34 of 2004, 305 of 2003 as well as 82 of 2004 do not survive and the same are disposed of.
