The adoptive parents of the minor Kartik are of Indian origin from the US. I have seen the medical report of the child. He has a minor lower respiratory tract infection. The adoptive parents are aware of this. I have also seen the child care arrangement plan, the home study report as also the medical and other reports relating to minor. I am satisfied that this Petition deserved to be granted. 3.
