Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that, the Petitioner is ready to pay the amount of Rs.65,000/- to Respondent No.2. 3.

As the said amount is already deposited in the Court, Respondent No.2 is entitled to withdraw the said amount, with interest accrued thereon, as directed by the Controlling Authority. 4.

If any amount remains, then Petitioner is entitled to withdraw the same.
