After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between the parties that the present writ petition may be disposed of inter alia by directing the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Housing Societies, Mumbai to hear and dispose of Appeal No.79 of 2019 expeditiously. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to hear and dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of two months from today. In the meantime, till the appeal is disposed of and for a period of one week thereafter, the present Managing Committee of Respondent No.7 society shall not take any policy decision in the matter of administration of the society including redevelopment of the society building/s. So far as the Petitioners' grievance about legality of the development agreement executed and
