Shri. Singh, the learned Counsel appearing in support of the Petition, states that after filing of the Petition, there have been subsequent events, such as issue of Show Cause Notice, which the Petitioners seek to bring on record and challenge the same.

In the above view, he seeks to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a fresh and comprehensive Petition bringing on record the challenge to the Show Cause Notice which have been issued subsequent to filing of this Petition. 4.

Liberty as sought for granted.

The Petition dismissed as withdrawn. The Chamber Summons is also dismissed as infructuous.
