Learned counsel for the parties have tendered Consent Minutes of Order by which it is submitted that the arbitration petition can be disposed of in the terms as set out in the said consent minutes of order. The consent minutes of order are signed for the purpose of identification by the learned counsel for the parties. It is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The parties have now agreed to appear before the arbitral tribunal which would now be constituted as the parties have earlier nominated their respective nominee arbitrators and the nominated arbitrators would now appoint a presiding arbitrator.

The present proceeding needs to be disposed of in terms of the consent minutes of order.

Learned nominated arbitrators are requested to appoint a presiding arbitrator at the earliest.

Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
