The petitioner has submitted that draft of the Judges' Order along with the affidavit of the petitioner, joint-consent affidavit of the all legal heirs, letter issued by the MHADA, draft of the Gift Deed, Copy of the Grant. Upon perusal it is found that title and name of the petitioner and Donee is correct as per the submission and documents produced on the record.

There are some corrections in a draft of the Judge's order which are required to be carried out as suggested in a existing draft of the Judge's order. Hence, petitioner to carryout these corrections, adjourned for submission of corrected draft of Judge's order.
