This appeal has been filed under Section 260A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 (the Act) taking exception to the order dated 11 th December, 2013 of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Vishakhapattanam Bench, Andhra Pradesh (Tribunal).

As the impugned order of the Tribunal has been passed by its Vishakhapattanam bench, the challenge has to be before the jurisdicitonal High Court and not before this Court. 3.

In the above view, Mr. Pardiwala, learned Senior Counsel for the Uday S. Jagtap
