The grievance of the petitioners is that though he has preferred appeal against the order passed by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority, the appeal is yet not decided. This being limited grievance of the petitioners, at this stage, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the appeal of the petitioners, as expeditiously as possible, if not already decided, within a period of three months from today. All contentions of both sides are kept open. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
