Advocate for the plaintiff submits that the matter is amicably settled out of Court. She submits that, she has instructions from her client to withdraw the chamber summons as well as the execution application. To that effect, Advocate for the plaintiff placed on record the letter dated 06th November, 2017, the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Chamber Summons (L) No. 1348 of 2014 was preferred by the defendants for cancellation of non bailable warrant issued by this Court by order dated 19th June, 2014 in Chamber Summons No. 461 of 2013.

In view of the withdrawal of Chamber Summons No. 461 of 2013 and Execution Application No. 359 of 2017, nothing survives in the present chamber summons. There is no question of execution of any warrant against the defendants. Hence, Chamber Summons (L) No. 1348 of 2014 stands disposed of as infructuous.
