Further to the order dated 29th June 2018, the counsel for petitioner states that they have received an amount of Rs.21,00,000/-. Shri Shantanu Singh appearing for respondent-company states that respondent has advertised the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 7th July 2018 and tenders the affidavit of one Captain Krishna Kishore Saini affirmed on 17th July 2018. The affidavit is taken on record. Shri Singh states that respondent has not received any claim or objection following the notice.

Petition, therefore, disposed as withdrawn.

The Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay to return the amount of Rs.15,000/- deposited by petitioner subject to deduction, if any.
