1] Mr. Pandian, learned counsel for the respondent No.2, on instructions, makes a statement that notice issued to the petitioner dated 26th February, 2019 would not be acted upon. He states that, however, all contentions of the parties on the merits of the disputes being adjudicated by arbitral tribunal be expressly kept open.

2] In view of above statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to agitate all contentions in the arbitral proceedings.
