Heard respective counsel. The respondent Nos.2 and 3 have filed an affidavit stating that application from the petitioner dated 7/9/2018 for allotment of tenement through Master list would be considered by them as per the Authority Resolution No.6520 dated 3/3/2011.

Learned counsel appearing for them explained the position and states that reasonably 8-10 weeks time will be required to complete the process.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a senior citizen above 70 years and hence process should be expedited. Hence, considering the facts at hand, we direct Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to complete the process at the earliest and in any case within 12 weeks from today.
