Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner is seeking to set aside the impugned order dated 22.3.2017 issued by respondent no.3 by attaching their bank account and recovering sum of Rs.1,37,72,238/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that being aggrieved and dissatisfied by the judgment and order dated 31.12.2016 passed by respondent no.2 in Appeal No.476 of 2016, they preferred Revision Application before the Hon'ble Revenue Minister under section 248 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 902 wpl979-17 submits that the said Revision Application was heard by respondent no.3 on 31.1.2017 and matter was closed for orders. He submits that inspite of that respondent issued impugned order dated 22.3.2017 and recovered sum of Rs.1,37,2,238/-. He submits that in the interest of Justice, this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct respondent no.6 to decide their Revision Application as early as possible.

On the other hand, the learned A.G.P. for the respondent after taking instruction from his officers made a statement that they will decide and pass appropriate order in the Revision Application within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P. for respondent, nothing survives in the present petition. Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
