Advocate for the petitioner tendered draft of the Judge's order along with documents such as affidavit of the petitioner dated 21.11.2023, copy of the grant issued on 15.05.2023, letter issued by the MHADA on 08.09.2023 along with its translation, copy of the draft sale deed, consent affidavit of Suchita, Kavita, Ashwini and Prachi.

There are some corrections in a draft of the Judge's Order which are required to be carried out. 3.

The petitioner to carry out all corrections as suggested and then submit the Judges Order, with proper pagination, marking of exhibits, etc. for having been initialed and further process.
