Ms. Joshi, counsel for plaintiff states that they have not been receiving any instructions from plaintiff. Ms. Joshi states that plaintiff came some three months ago and asked for NOC but never came back and despite their efforts are unable to contact plaintiff. From the order sheets the matter appears to have been last heard on 9th December 2014 and 8th January 2015 on which date plaintiff was not represented.

Therefore, suit dismissed.
