On the last occasion, namely, 29 March, 2016, a consent order was passed between the parties whereby the Respondent Company was directed to pay a sum of Rs.1.70 Lacs to the Petitioner on or before 26 April, 2016. If the aforesaid payment was made, the Company Petition was to stand dismissed.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent Company tenders a receipt issued by the Petitioner dated 26 April, 2016 which evidences the fact that an amount of Rs.1.70 Lacs has been paid to the Petitioner. He tenders a true copy of the said receipt which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Pg 1 of 2

5.cp.47.2014.doc In view of the fact that the amount of Rs.1.70 Lacs has been paid to the Petitioner, nothing survives in this Company Petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
