By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 385 days in filing the present chamber summons and seeks amendment to the Testamentary Petition No.755 of 1998 in accordance with the Schedule-I appended to the chamber summons. 2.

For the reasons recorded in the affidavit-in-support of the chamber summons, the chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. No order as to costs.
