The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that a copy of the interim application is already served on the Respondent-Corporation. He undertakes to fle an affdavit of service to that effect within two weeks from today. The same is accepted.

The learned counsel for the Corporation submits that they have not received a copy of the interim application. The statement is recorded. If a copy of the interim application is not served on the Corporation, liberty granted to them to take appropriate proceeding against the Applicant.

By this interim application, the Applicant is seeking to carry out amendment in the petition which is not admitted. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the interim application, we are satisfed that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the application. Hence, the following order:

a.

The Applicant is permitted to carry out amendment in writ petition as per schedule annexed to the application within two weeks from today. b.

If amendment is carried out within time, the Applicant to serve the amended copy of the petition on the other side and fle an affdavit of service to that effect.

c.

The interim application stands disposed of accordingly.

d.

No order as to costs.
