Shah, the learned advocate for the plaintiff seeks to withdraw the suit stating that the defendant company is wound up and the plaintiff now needs to take appropriate steps before the Official Liquidator. The suit is allowed to be withdrawn. The office to refund court fees in accordance with law. 2.
