The learned Advocate for the respondents submits that subsequently, the petitioner is terminated from service and order to that effect is issued on 26th July 2022. 2.

In light of that, we dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of termination. In the proceedings that may be fled by the petitioner assailing the termination order, the petitioner may raise all the grounds as raised in the present writ petition. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of with aforesaid liberty. No costs.
