This is a motion filed on behalf of the petitioner praying for setting aside of the order dated 26 March 2019 passed by this Court, by which the petition came to be dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

Having considered the averments as made in the affidavit in support of notice of motion and in the interest of justice, the order dated 26 March 2019 is set aside with costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the respondent. The petition is restored to the file of this Court, subject to payment of cost as directed.
