Present Misc. Petition is filed by the Petitioner for issuance of legal heirship certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of deceased Edgar Anthony Noronha who expired on 27.05.2015. The names of the legal heirs are mentioned in paragraph No. 4 of the Petition. Purpose for filing the present Petition is stated in paragraph No. 6 of the Petition. I have perused the same. 5.

In view of the above, present Misc. Petition is allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus :-

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioners under the provision of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 certifying Petitioners Joan Fatima Noronha W/O Edgar Anthony Noronha (widow), Clive Raymondd Noronha S/O Edgar Anthony Noronha (son), and Chrisann Aloysia Duarte nee Chrisann Aloysis Noronha (married daughter) are the only legal heirs and representatives of the deceased i.e., Edgar Anthony Noronha."
