The present proceeding i.e. miscellaneous petition for revocation of grant was dismissed by an order dated 28th October, 2021, on the ground of gross delay. An appeal filed their against was allowed by the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 30thh October, 2023 and hence, the miscellaneous petition has been restored.

An adjournment is sought on behalf of the petitioner on the ground of difficulty of the counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.
