The present Interim Application seeks amendment in Schedule-I of the Testamentary Petition No. 1416 of 2016 which was filed for Letters of Administration to the property and credits of One Janab Ibrahim Zainuddin Saheb (the deceased). Letters of Administration granted to the Applicant by an th November, 2016. The Application sets out that on account of order dated 19 inadvertent certain shares that was held in the form of shares by the deceased omitted to be mentioned in the Schedule.

I have heard learned Counsel and perused the copy of the said Interim Applicant and also the Schedule of the amendment. I find that the same is in order and deserves to be allowed in the interest of justice. 3.

Application is therefore allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a) which reads as under:- "a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Applicant/Original Petitioner to carry out the amendment to the Schedule of Assets annexed to the present Petition and thereafter in the Original Grant;"

Interim Application is thus disposed of.
