The Defendant's Advocates are not present. On the last occasion Mr Shirole for the Defendant agreed that he would inform the Plaintif's Advocates of all the names of the deceased sole Defendant's legal heirs. Nothing has been done in the matter. 2.

That is no reason to delay the Plaintif's Chamber Summons for amendment. The amendment sought is to the plaint. Issues have not yet been framed.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendments to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. A copy of the amended plaint will be served on M/s. Khare Legal Chambers for the original Defendant. 5.

I am now direct M/s. Khare Legal Chambers to communicate the names of the deceased sole Defendant's heirs to M/s. AAT for the Plaintif without fail by 28th January 2019. (G. S. PATEL, J) 8th January 2019
