The Petition proposes the adoption of a female minor, Nirvi, by two adopters who are based in Singapore. The minor was born on 10th February 2017 and has been legally declared free for adoption. 2.

The supporting documents annexed to the Petition are in order including the home study report, the child care arrangement plan, health reports, financial documents and the reports by the social workers.
