Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to condone the delay of 258 days by the Applicant for initiation and completion of the process of registration of the purchased property by the Applicant be condoned and the Official Liquidator be directed to complete the transfer and registration of the Shop Premises in favour of the Applicant"; ssp 1/2

The Applicant shall complete the process of execution of the documents and registration of the same within a period of four weeks from today.
