The present Interim Application has been fled by the Applicant seeking to amend the Schedule of the Petition as mentioned in paragraph 2 alongwith the consequential amendments. 2.

After perusing the Interim Application and hearing the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant, the Interim Applicant is allowed in terms of the prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read thus :- Mugdha
