They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the Suit between the Plaintiff and Defendant No.1 be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by Mr. Rahul Jain, Authorized Signatory of the Plaintiff and Mr. Dhaval Shah, Director of Defendant No.1. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the Plaintiff and Defendant No.1. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. 2.

The learned Advocate for Defendant No.2 states that they have no objection if the Consent Terms are taken on record. However, since no reliefs are ssp 1/2

s 305 of 2017 (909).sxw claimed against Defendant No.2 in the Suit and Defendant No.2 is also not required to do anything under the Consent Terms, the Suit as against Defendant No.2 is dismissed.
