The learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs on instructions, states that as a gesture of goodwill, the Plaintiffs seeks to withdraw the above Suit. 2.

The parties agree that the withdrawal of the above Suit by the Plaintiffs shall not be construed as an admission of any wrong doing whatsoever by the Plaintiffs and shall not in any way amount to an acceptance of the correctness of any of the statements that the Plaintiffs regard as defamatory. 3.

The parties have further agreed that apart from stating the fact that the Plaintiffs have withdrawn the Suit in the above terms, neither party shall use the order before any court or authority in any proceedings. 4.

Order in terms of the agreement between the parties recorded in Clauses 2 1/3

and 3 above.

The Suit is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Refund of Court Fees, if any, as per rules.
