The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that Mohite 1/2

902 wp1315-17.doc in the present proceeding, they made representation dated 08.07.2016 to the State Government to take appropriate steps on their grievance but till today, same is not decided by the Government.

The learned A.G.P. for the Respondent State after taking instruction from the offcer makes a statement that they will communicate their decision to the Petitioner within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

The learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in the meanwhile, Respondents may be directed not to take coercive action against the Petitioner so that they can take appropriate steps against the decision, if it is adverse to them. Considering these facts, following order is passed: a.

State Government is directed to communicate their decision to the Petitioner on their representation dated 08.07.2016 on or before 21.12.2019 in writing. b.

Respondents are restrained from taking coercive action against the Petitioner till 18.01.2020.

c.

Writ Petition stands disposed of with these directions. d.

No order as to costs.
