The directions sought in the present Official Liquidator's Report (OLR) are concerned with the exercise of re-adjudication of claim directed by this Court in an order dated 21st August 2022 passed in Interim Application (Lodging) No. 24896 of 2022 in Company Petition No. 457 of 1997.

Having perused the OLR and the documents filed therewith, this Court is convinced that the directions sought by the official liquidator deserve to be granted.

Accordingly, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e).
