By consent of the parties, the mandate for appointment of the arbitrator is terminated. Learned counsel for the parties state that the fees of the arbitrator have been paid. The statement is accepted. 2.

Mr.S.C. Dhawan, Advocate c/o Bombay Bar Association, Court Room No.57, High Court, Mumbai is appointed as a sole arbitrator. The learned arbitrator is requested to charge the reasonable fees and to dispose of the arbitration petition expeditiously.

Both the parties are directed to remain present before the learned arbitrator in the Bombay Bar Association on 18th July, 2015 at 1/2

arbp410-13 5:00 p.m. The parties shall serve the authenticated copy of this order on the learned arbitrator.

The parties have agreed to co-operate with each other and with the learned arbitrator. The fees of the learned arbitrator will be paid by both the parties equally at the first instance. 5.

The arbitration petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
