The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition seeking the following reliefs.

(A) Rule Nissi may kindly be issued.

(B) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No. 7 to register F.I.R against the respondents No. 8 and 9 under appropriate sections of I.P.C. & M.R.T.P. Act.

(C) That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents No. 4 and 5 to initiate action against the respondents No. 8 and 9 under the provisions of M.R.T.P. Act, 1966.

Since the petitioner is seeking an appropriate writ, order and direction directing the respondent No. 7 to register F.I.R. against respondents No. 8 and 9, this Petition will have to be heard by the Criminal Writ Bench of the Appellate Side.

We, therefore, permit the petitioner to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file a Criminal Writ Petition on the Appellate Side.
