The plaintiff and defendant have arrived at an amicable settlement. Counsel for the parties tender Consent Terms signed by their parties and Advocates. Ms. Vaishali Zaveri one of the partners of the plaintiff which is stated to have only two partners is present in Court, the other partner being her mother in law who is unable to attend Court due to her age. She has however executed a letter of authority dated 18 th June, 2018 enclosing a copy of her PAN card and stating that she is unable to come to Court and remain present. The Defendant is also present in person. Parties confirm having signed the consent terms.

In view of the aforesaid, I pass the following order : (i) There will be an order in terms of consent terms. (ii) Undertakings contained there in are accepted. (iii) Suit disposed of in terms of the consent terms. (iv) Refund as per rules.
(v) In view of the disposal of the suit, Summons for Judgment does not survive. Summons for Judgment also stands disposed. (A.K. MENON, J.)
