Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/Claimant has sought leave to amend cause title of the Execution Application by correcting the name of the Respondent from "Vijay Bhaskarbhai Oza" to "Vinay Bhaskarbhai Oza".

Accordingly, leave is granted for carrying out the amendment.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw Execution Application No. 1390 of 2017 on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties. 5.

Accordingly, Execution Application No. 1390 of 2017 is disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of withdrawal of the Execution Application, Notice stands discharged.

7.

The attachment warrants issued, accordingly, stand discharged.

8.

Since warrant of attachment is issued, then 1% poundage of Sheriff shall be paid within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
