Accepted. The Petitioners are the only heirs of the deceased. Hence, proclamation dispensed with. Petition made returnable forthwith and taken up for final hearing.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate in respect of one Kishore Balwantrai Guruji, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai on 16th June 2014. He was a resident of E-420, Veena Sarang Saibaba Extension Road, Borivali (West), Mumbai 400 092. A copy of his death certificate is annexed. The names of the heirs are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. 3.
The Petitioners are the widow and son of the deceased. His mother has passed away. There are no other heirs. 18th January 2018

During his lifetime, the deceased was the sole proprietor of a travel agency by the name Kumar Travels and held a Central Railway RTSA License No. 3.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for production to the Divisional Manager of Central Railway, C.S. T., Mumbai for refund of some amount.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Mayurika Kishore Guruji, Aditya Kishore Guruji. 8.
