This Application more or less allows itself. The only prayer sought is for a direction to the Prothonotary and Senior Master to Shephali Mormare transfer the cash security furnished in the present arbitration proceedings to the credit of Commercial Execution Application No. by Shephali Mormare Date: 2020.10.20 10:59:12 +0530 1310 of 2019 filed in this very Court and to keep that security alive for 19th October 2020

The Respondent seeks time to file a Reply. I cannot possibly see what reply there can be. I am not directing payment to the Applicant but I am only directing an administrative change to show that the security is now to the credit of the Commercial Execution Application.

There can be no conceivable objection to the Interim Application. It is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 5.
