In this matter there was an ad-interim order passed on 7th April, 2017 read with order dated 2nd May, 2017. Today when the Motion was called out for hearing and fnal disposal, none appeared on behalf of the Defendants though they are duly served and no reply has been fled on record.

the Plaintiffs seeks a confrmation of the ad-interim order dated 7th April, 2017 read with order dated 2nd May, 2017. 3.

Having heard Mr. Bhagat, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Plaintiffs, perusing the record as well as the earlier orders and considering that no Affdavit-in-reply is fled on behalf of the Defendants, the ad-interim order dated 7th April, 2017 and 2nd May, 2017 in the Notice of Motion shall continue as an interim order till the hearing and fnal disposal of the suit. 4.

The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
