By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks, essentially, a relief that the life and property be protected and for that respondent nos. 8, 9 and 10, who are authorities discharging duties and functions as part of the police force, be directed to render necessary assistance. 2.
The petitioner is a company and claiming to be in the business of maintenance of machineries. It is claimed to be a J.V.Salunke,PA
919-WP.1692.2016.doc tenant and invested with the absolute right, title and interest in a property, particularly described in para 2 of the writ petition. 3.
Upon such a claim and which is disputed, the petitioner has already instituted a civil suit, details of which are disclosed in para 4 of the writ petition.

Having perused this writ petition carefully and anxiously along with all the annexures, we are of the opinion that the petitioner having availed of an alternate remedy to resolve the factual dispute, no useful purpose would be served in keeping pending this writ petition.
