The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Kishin Gokaldas Bhatia alias Kishan Gokaldas Bhatia, who is said to have died intestate in Bahrain on 10th October 2017. A copy of his death certificate is annexed.

During his lifetime, the deceased was ordinary resident at Fateh Baug, 1st Floor, naraindas Laxmidas Building, SV Road, Kandivali (West), Mumbai 400 067. The deceased was survived by 14th August 2018

13-MPT108-18.DOC his widow, and two daughters. Their names are mentioned in the tabulation below paragraph 4 of the petition. The widow is the Petitioner. The two daughters have consented. 4.

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for the purposes of submission to the Bahrain local authorities and the banks where the deceased had his business and bank accounts.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). 7.
