Learned counsel for the respondents has tendered a copy of the letter dated 28th March, 2015 addressed to the petitioner confirming that the principle borrower has paid all the legitimate dues to the respondents and the respondents have thus no claim against the petitioner as a guarantor. A copy of the letter dated 28th March, 2015 is taken on record.

In view of the letter addressed by the respondents to the petitioner giving their no claim certificate, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.
