On 8th January 2021, the following order came to be passed :
1. Mr. Tilokchandani appearing for respondent no.2 states that respondent no.2 shall execute and register the deed of re-conveyance as per the draft annexed to the application within such period as the Court may direct.
2. Mr. Pimple requests the matter be stood over by two weeks so that the Official Liquidator can consider draft of re-conveyance and revert with suggestions and comments, if any.
3. Stand over to 19th January 2021.
Today Mr. Pimple states that the Official Liquidator has no objection to the Deed of Re-conveyance as per the draft annexed at Exhibit Q to the application. Mr. Tilokchandani states that respondent no.2 shall execute and register the Deed of Re-conveyance in favour of respondent Gauri Gaekwad
2/2 34.IAL-2476-2020.doc no.3 as per the draft attached at Exhibit Q to the application within two weeks from today. Statement accepted as undertaking to this Court. Mr. Pimple states that if any co-operation is required from the Official Liquidator's office, the same shall also be promptly given. Statement accepted.
