Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit as settled out of Court. The suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. Refund of Court fees in accordance with the applicable Rules. The second Defendant vessel is under arrest of this Court under an order dated 1 April 2015 passed in the matter. The vessel is ordered to be released forthwith.

Instrument of Release to be dispensed with.

Sheriff, Port, Customs and all other authorities to act on the copy of this order duly authenticated by the Associate of this Court. In view of the disposal of the suit, the Notice of Motion does not survive and the same is also disposed of.
