Learned Counsel for the Petitioners on instructions states that the Petitioners are pressing only prayer clause (b) which reads as follows:

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of 1 / 2 April 1, 2019

42-WP-983-15.doc mandamus, or any other writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondent No. 2 to take decision on the application made by the Petitioners for reimbursement of the entire amount spent by the Respondent No. 2 in carrying out the repairs." 2.

In the circumstances, we direct the concerned Authority of the Respondent No. 2 to decide the Application dated 11th March 2002 made by the Petitioner within a period of three months from today. We note that the Petitioners had made Applications on similar lines earlier.

The Petition to stand disposed of.
