"(a)The Petitioner company may be directed to deposit a sum fo Rs.12,100/- in the office of the Court Receiver within time stipulated with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; (b)Cost of this Report may please be awarded in the sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) and incidental expenses";

The Plaintiff through its Advocates undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed off.
