By an order dated 7th December 2016, a similar Suit No. 3821 of 1999 was transferred to the Debts Recovery Tribunal ("DRT"). This Suit, like the other one, is also based on a debenture trust deed. Accordingly, the Registry will take steps to transfer the present Suit and all interim applications to the DRT within six weeks from today. 2.
