Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) , which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)the Court Receiver be discharged without passing accounts; (b)the Plaintiff/Defendants be directed to pay a sum of Rs.62,231/- towards the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as per the provisional statement of account;

(b)Cost of this Report may be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and the same may be permitted to be recovered from parties to the suit; 2.

The Director of the Respondent undertakes to pay the dues of the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed off.
